What You’ll Do
1. Develop and maintain server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
2. Design and manage databases, including data storage solutions, to handle our growing portfolio of luxury properties.
3. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
4. Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features and enhancements.
6. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance.
7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
2. Proficiency and experience in NODEJS & MongoDB
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Experience with cloud services like DigitalOcean.
2. Prior experience in the hospitality or property management industry.
